Policies and Returns

Return Policy: All shipments are guaranteed to arrive in satisfactory condition. Please notify Island Rose LLC. immediately of any need to file a claim with the freight carrier. We will only recognize damage claims for credit made within 72 hours of receipt of order. All orders will be shipped insured and with proof of delivery required.

If you are not satisfied with any product in any way, Island Rose LLC. will replace this item with one of equal or greater value upon return of the original item ordered to our headquarters.

Minimum Orders: We do not require a minimum order, however, orders are subject to normal shipping charges and some states require we collect tax.

Checks are accepted. Your order will be shipped after the check clears your bank.
